Staff and Qualifications
All Kick Start Movements coaches are Garda-vetted and hold early-years and fitness qualifications. They undergo regular first-aid and child-safeguarding training, ensuring professional, reliable delivery that complements your teaching staff.
Nutrition and Meal Plans
Each session includes a dedicated nutrition education component using interactive props and activities to teach healthy-eating principles. Schools receive supporting handouts to reinforce lessons in the classroom and at home.
