Minder™
All the amazing people all over the world who care for children.
Inspirer
All the amazing people all over the world who teach children.
Provider
Providers are all the users of the öogo Platform who provide products or services for purchase. This term is used when making a booking as each booking is an agreement between the Parent User and the Provider.
Regular Minder™
An amazing person who looks after children on a regular basis or recurring schedule (e.g. Full-Time Nanny or Part-Time Minder™).
Occasional Minder™
An amazing person who looks after children occasionally or on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. Babysitter).
Back Up Minder™
Back Up Minders provide emergency support often at short notice. With öogo we encourage families to source, meet and trial Back Up Minders™ ahead of needing them.
User
People who use öogo to find each other. Users can be Parents, Minders™ and Inspirers, Providers, Employers or Accommodation Hosts and Hotels.
Profile
Core details that sit behind all your Listings. This is where people can get to know you better.
Listing
A Minder™ or Inspirer’s place to let the world know how amazing they are. Like the homepage on your own website.
Search
Users in need of childcare or a particular service can create a search on the öogo Platform. Users can have more than one Search running concurrently.
Dashboard
After signing up to öogo, Users gain access to their dashboard where they can manage all their sourcing, booking, messaging and payments.
Booking
On The öogo Platform, Users can book products or services. Services can be booked by hourly rate or in bundles depending on both the provider and the arrangement agreed upon.
