Hello, I'm Arthur C.

Hello! I'm Arthur​,​ a pleasure to meet you. I've got lots of experience in looking after children. I've au paired for a French family in London​,​ (September - Christmas 2022). In addition​,​ I run a camp for children on Free School Meals in the UK. We get 15+ kids each day. This will be my third year there. Finally​,​ I have been a qualified TEFL tutor for 4 years​,​ focusing primarily on children. I am a university student​,​ reading Philosophy at Trinity College Dublin

My Family

Mum and Dad, 2 brothers - George (28, lives with his fiancée in London), and Henry (19) - starting university in September 2025. Also my sister, Hattie (26) lives and works in London.

My Favourite Memory

Holidays in Cornwall growing up, rainy dog walks and picnics on the beach!

My Education

3rd year reading Philosophy at TCD. Marlborough College before that, A*AA in A Levels. Spent 6 months backpacking in South America in between.

My Interests

I’m passionate about exploring ideas through reading and philosophy, and I love the thrill of sport, the tense nature football, the strategy and tactics involved in cricket, or the personalities and characters in horse racing.

My Motivation

I love meeting new people, being enthusiastic, optimistic person that I am.

    At öogo, we often offer new Minders trials to get them started (for 'get them started' read 'check them out') :-) We are always bowled over by the quality of the great folks out there looking after children but every so often someone comes along that completely stands out from the crowd for being a sheer legend. That's Arthur. Impossibly capable, consummate gentleman, eternally helpful and a real pleasure to work with. He's also kinda great with kids so 10/10 all round. Thanks for being brill Arthur.
