Hey, I’m Maisie! A family sleep specialist, parenting coach, and twin mom. I’ve been where you are, and truly get how hard it is! Heck I’m still there some days 😵💫 I run an international practice helping burnt-out parents to navigate sleepless nights and challenging bedtimes, holistically, using a combination of sleep science, developmental psychology and gentle parenting strategies. I have coached HUNDREDS of families using my signature parenting-to-sleep method, called the Freedom Framework. My approach is heart-centered and holistic, helping you to get to the root of your child’s sleep challenges, while supporting you to feel calmer, more confident and more connected to your child. I’m happy to work with anyone in need of better sleep, but am known for supporting toddlers, preschoolers and school aged kiddos (beyond the baby years), families with multiples, and neurodiverse children When working together I’ll be your biggest fan, your go-to support person and your sleep sherpa. I’ll be sharing a wealth of knowledge, tools and insights that pull from more than 15 years of experience working with families and countless hours of university and professional development. I am fortunate to have studied under some of the most respected people in the sleep and parenting space, including the amazing Lyndsey Hookway, Dr. Laura Markham, and the Neufeld Institute. I’m a Registered Psychiatric nurse, with a bachelors degree in psychology, and am multi-certified as a holistic sleep coach, infant sleep educator, and peaceful parenting educator, with additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy, and developmental theory. I am really passionate about supporting sleep, and parenting in a way that is truly gentle, and meets your child’s developmental needs while balancing your needs (& wants) as well!!!
My Family
I’m a mama to a couple of energetic twins who challenge me every day. We live in a small town in Canada, and started raising chickens during the pandemic which has been kinda fun. And, other than that, I’m waddling through the parenting trenches just like you!

My Interests
When I’m not providing sleep support for tired families you can find me reading, scrolling or watching Netflix while my hubby does bedtime! Unless it's summer time, then I hope I'm outside gardening or lounging lakeside, with a frosty cider and salty snacks reading while the twins splash and play :)
My Motivation
The newborn days were a blur weren’t they? I got off pretty lucky, as my twins slept ok. But, they woke a lot between the two of them! Then…. BAM! We hit the toddler years. All of a sudden they were waking up again, and bedtime took forever. I was yelling, they were crying – and I felt so guilty! I quickly realized that sleep advice for toddlers (and babies) sucks! The more I searched for a solution to my nightly chaos, the more I felt drawn to fill this gap. I started focusing more on sleep, development, and parenting specifically for KIDS and have no plans to turn back! I LOVE that oogo helps me to help families all over the world!
