Dear Family

Dear Family, My name is Ciara although there have been many people who have called me The Baby Whisperer :-). I've been working with families all over the world for nearly 15 years. I started specialising in sleep and routine for babies and toddlers seven years ago. The thing I love most about my job is empowering parents by guiding them to help their baby reach routine potential to fit in with the family. Each family and each baby is different, and my work gives me precious time with babies to best enable me to figure out the right approach. I love that families know​,​ when they’re working with me​,​ that they have someone they can rely on who is an expert in routines, and who can guide them safely as to what their baby is able for and when. It’s a precious time for each family to welcome a new baby. Being part of that journey in the family home is truly a gift. I never leave a family until they are empowered and confident in their own ability to guide their little one and​,​ even after that​,​ I am always accessible. Families I work with become my friends and their children join a special Club of Ciara Babies. I care about each one dearly.
