Dear Family
I'm Anne, Mum to 4 little crazies, living in Wexford, Ireland. I am a certified Executive Coach, specialising in supporting parents as they are returning to work after maternity leave/paternity leave or an extended time away from the workforce. As I began my own parenting journey, I experienced first-hand just how hard and challenging the transition back to work can be, and quickly realised that it is an area that many don’t speak openly about for many reasons, and the importance of meaningful supports. With 4 young children, I absolutely understand the rollercoaster for parents as they face returning to work and my aim is to ensure that the transition back to work is as smooth as possible for everyone involved. I work with individuals through 1 to 1 coaching & workshops, and with organisations through coaching returners during this transition, group workshops, webinars, and coaching people managers who are supporting their colleagues returning.
My Experience
I am an experienced, Masters qualified, Executive Coach, specialising in supporting parents as they transition back to work after welcoming a baby into their lives. My career has spanned Finance, Operations, Business Development and Sales, before setting up my own business to nurture, empower, and support parents as they navigate the rollercoaster after welcoming a baby into their family. Prior to setting up my own business, I worked with McCurrach, in roles such as Account Controller - managing large-scale sales teams on behalf of clients, and Business Development - managing tenders & pitches for new business. As a coach, I have supported individuals on a 1 to 1 basis and organisations across all sectors and industries. I support organisations to customise the supports, guidelines, and tools they offer their employees. As well as running workshops and programmes for managers and individuals.
