Dear Family
Hello potential families! I am a 25 year old living in Dublin but from the West of Ireland. I’ve a degree in Sculpture and love to be creative whenever and wherever I can. I enjoy a good cold dip in the bitter Irish waters and exercise regularly. Being outdoors is my bread and butter. I like to eat healthy food and am often experimenting with new recipes I find (I’m a messy cook/baker) but it’s all part of the process I guess!!:) Trying new things interests me.
My Favourite Memory
Oooooh good question. A core childhood memory is making snowmen with my whole family and neighbours during a very icy Christmas. Mam made us her special hot chocolates to fuel our snow fights. A recent favourite memory is a non alcoholic dancing event on in Dublin that I went to with friends.
My Experience
In 2018 I worked as an Aupair for a family in Germany. The children were 12, 10 and 8. Amazing family in rural Hermansburg where I also looked after their horses, dogs and cat, helped with the apple, grape and walnut harvest! The family I spent the longest with were a family living in Dubai but would spend there summers here in Dublin. I worked with them for 3 consecutive summers and still stay in contact and help them whenever I am. The children started at ages 6 and 4 years old. The following year I also helped mind their 1 year old baby. I liked to spend time outside with them, organising activities, cook with them and every night got them ready for bed also! I have ran art workshops for children in the past for Christmas and Halloween, done face painting and organised an exhibition of children’s art work in the Tivoli space in Dublin.
