Dear Family
I am a lawyer in Brazil and I came to Europe to study English and have new cultural experiences to try to have a better life. Since I arrived, I have worked in a pizzeria, as a kitchen porter, in a clothing store and, in addition to that, I have always worked in family homes helping with cleaning and tidying up. I have known how to do this since I was a teenager and I have been improving. Here in Ireland, I have been gaining clients, letters of recommendation and I love what I do because, in addition to doing something I like, it allows me to have a better quality of life than in my home country. I care about the well-being of the client and before starting any cleaning, care or tidying, dialogue is very important.
My Favourite Memory
My fondest memory was when I helped a divorced woman move from Dublin to Cork. We put together a plastic closet and I organized her clothes and cleaned her house. We talked about the reasons for the move and she talked a little about her family and her profession. And all of this made me feel lighter and reminded me of my mother, who is also divorced and is as strong as she is.
My Experience
I have experience cleaning various types of accommodation: houses, apartments, flats and offices. Due to my work as a sales assistant in a large retail store, I also have experience in wardrobe tidying. For all these types of services, I have Irish recommendations.
My Motivation
I am interested in helping people because, as we all know, these days we are increasingly busy with work and traffic. And all of this takes up our time, especially during the week, and we are unable to enjoy our home and children to the fullest. That is why I, Barbara, thought: I like cleaning and tidying up the house, especially taking care of children. Why not help families solve this problem here in Ireland? When people come home from work, they will find their home clean and organized the way they planned, making their lives easier.
My Interests
In my free time, I really like to listen to music while I do some physical exercise, especially running. If the weather is bad, I watch a series or a film with my boyfriend. If it's a lively night, I get together with my friends and we all go out to a pub together. When I have a lot of free time, I like to read about history and ancient politics.
My Personality
I am a perfectionist and I don't like to leave something undone. If something has been started, in my opinion it needs to be finished. Sometimes I take a while to decide on a certain matter, but once I have made my decision, I rarely go back on it.
