I'm a 27 year-old Irish girl based in Melbourne. I have a degree in Social Studies and my background is primarily around those with disabilities. I have experience in childcare, having worked with children with disabilities in an after-school program. I am committed to providing support, encouragement, and guidance to help children overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I am passionate about promoting independence, empowerment, and self-determination for individuals with disabilities. I am a strong believer in the value and dignity of every individual, and a fierce advocate for their rights and well-being. I have 15 years' experience in child minding. I have training in first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis.
Experience
I have a total of 15 years' experience childminding for multiple families. During this time, I have cared for children of various ages and have developed strong relationships with the families with which I have worked. My experience includes creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and helping with homework or other tasks as needed.
